Hello all I am Mavrik. A little about me………

I am somewhat of a philosopher, creative thinker, artist, writer and daydreamer. I have traveled the world and have experienced many things – good, bad, ugly, amazing, mysterious and mystical. I have served in the military during a time of war, survived a train crash, and written a book (Conscience & Consequences, The Diary of Rocco Nero). I have loved and lost; stood fast against social injustice and corruption and somehow I am still here. I have diverse interests and hobbies as well as a natural curiosity about life. It is that curiosity which drives me.

This journey that I find myself on is truly a wondrous one filled with great peaks and deep valleys; both apathy and enthusiasm and great satisfaction and regret. It is my sincerest hope that all of my experiences be used to improve the lives of others or at least help them avoid some of my pitfalls and short comings. In this way I hope to make some contribution to improve this world. I believe that is the greatest impact we can have on each and every life that touches our own much like the ripple effect from the pebble in the pond.
